You always give great tips. After listening to this I realized I already do this when it comes to cleaning my house. I always think of how nice and relaxing it is going to feel with a clean house when I start cleaning it. I get a squirt of good feeling juice in my brain before I start to get me going. I should have thought of using this on my Japanese. Well thanks for pointing it out. I am going to try this NOW! (mmmm squirting good feeling juices in my brain…)
