Hello everyone! My name’s Jack and I’m a soon-to-be gap-year-ist before an English degree. My exams are over, so now Japanese is a task. Hopefully I can find a lovely family to let me live in their house in exchange for English lessons, housework etc. while I continue learning Japanese. If I can survive there for 4-5 months or so, I intend to go travelling around the north, taking Bashō’s route with my vastly improved Japanese skills.
