hi i’m alex and probably far too nervous to be writing a simple introductory post,,,,,
forums are too nerve wracking for me i guess hahaafter like 20 million years of fooling around i’ve gotten serious about learning japanese because of an upcoming trip late summer next year and it’s really fun so far!
this textbook is cute and amusing and is quite the motivator
i’m still iffy about using anki (it’s not exactly my favourite) but it does get the job done
i’ll probably begrudgingly start to use it again and it’ll grow on me
as do a lot of things uwuWelcome to TextFugu!
If you really hate Anki, do your reviews on it still, but focus more on the grammar and other rules than your vocab. You need to at least learn the vocab up to Season 4, then you can focus more on grammar.
