こんにちは みなさん
My name is Matt. I’ve been studying Japanese for almost exactly 6 months now. I take classes here in Cape Town. I joined TextFugu to supplement my current studies. The pace in class is fast and I find myself spending the entire week after the 2 hour lesson revising.
I’m a web developer and I’m learning Japanese because I’d like to have an influence on the way Japanese view and interact with online media.
Welcome! You do realise you are expected to spend a fair amount of time reviewing outside of class time, don’t you? I mean, you spent every waking hour learning your first language, and it still took you about five years to get down the basics. =)
