Hello everybody! New guy here! My name is Jordan and I love Japanese culture and more specifically Okinawan culture! I lived in Okinawa for 3 years and instantly fell in love with it. I work in Navy medicine(A Corpsman for the Marines) and just chose orders to Okinawa on a whim never knowing what I was getting myself into. Long story short, met my wife there and the reason I want to improve my Japanese so I can talk to her family in real big boy conversations besides the usual small talk. Came here because I spent too much time learning kanji and my grammar skills were lacking! So I’m here back to the fundamentals! So far I love this community and website and can’t wait to level up my Japanese with all of you!
