Hello, it’s nice to meet you all! My name is Harper, I’m from Indiana in the USA, and I am studying Japanese because I would love to have better conversational skills with those from Japan, as well as to read and understand untranslated manga and undubbed anime without the use of English subtitles.
I studied 3 years of the Japanese language (reading, writing, and speaking) in high school, and I look forward to furthering my knowledge of the Japanese language.

Tiny side note, it’s インディアナ. Small ィ, rather than half-width ｲ. Also, the grammar in your fourth sentence (読んでと etc) is a little off – you can’t use と to connect verbs. =)
