Hi everyone! My name is Beth. I became interested in Japanese almost 8 years ago (although I’d had some prior exposure to it long before that), and have been trying to teach myself the language since then but have been inconsistent. So maybe I’ll stick with it this time~

I just wanted to wish you a warm welcome from a fellow new learner. I’ve been studying for about 2 months now and am still in season 1, so don’t feel rushed to get through material. Slow and steady wins the race right?! ;p
if you ever get stuck or frustrated/unmotivated, don’t hesitate to try to talk it out with people here, I think you’ll find everyone is very nice and willing to help :)
