On the practice page of past tense nouns, in season 2 it says that I should know how to say and read the sentences on the page. However, I don’t believe that I was taught how to use “人”, I have leant it as a radical at that point, but not as a kanji; and I certainly haven’t learnt how to pronounce it the way that it is in the audio clips.

Either I’ve missed something, or this page (or the topic even), is out of date.

If anyone knows what the case is, please help, I’d really appreciate it. I’m worried about moving on in TextFugu when I seem to have fallen behind.

    Thanks very much,

Hmm. That might be a holdover from an older version. You learn about 人 in the next lesson, here: http://www.textfugu.com/season-2/past-negative-nouns/5-3/

That said, the readings of 一人 and 二人 are weird exceptions that Koichi never seems to specifically highlight.

Yeah, that’s what I thought. I hope it can be fixed soon.

Thanks for letting me know about the next lesson, I’ll just have to continue and hope it gets resolved in a later lesson.
