    like, about abortion? there’s this proposition going on in my state that’s anti-abortion, like no abortions whatsoever.
    can we discuss it here?

    Well technically you could since it is off topic, and off topic is quote “anything you want”. But I’m pretty sure more people would rather talk about something Japanese oriented. Or maybe hold your debate in Japanese :D

    You can discuss anything you want in the off-topic section of the forum but it has to be civil. If it’s not, we mods will either lock the thread or delete it. :) Just keep it civil and PG13-ish rated!

    Since there hasn’t really been any precedent set on this kind of thing, I’m going to say go ahead and feel free to make a thread on something like that.

    But please, if you decide to make a thread on a controversial subject like abortion or take part in a discussion, be civil, polite, and considerate.

    If things get too out of hand, I’ll have to put my mod hat on and close the thread.
