    Hello All,

I’ve been using Anki as it was recommended to memorize the hiragana “alphabet” , but i have a question regarding the custom study settings.

Can i create a custom session where i manually add the kanas i want to practice?
As an example , yesterday i was practicing from A to KO so my session would only cover those two block , today i’m trying to practice from A to TO so i would like to create a session that only include this ones till i know them by heart.

Thank you for your time and help !

All I’ve ever found is putting the cards in a new deck. Honestly, I kept trying to adjust how I was learning in Anki, and eventually just gave up and let Anki go on its own, and it worked out just fine.

The only problem I’ve ever had with that is when I spend one day trying to learn katakana and then put it down for a while.

A non-Anki option to do exactly that would be RealKana:

    http://www.realkana.com/

Added advantage is that it lets you study with various different fonts as well (because some kana look quite different in some fonts).

Yeah, that handwriting font was quite challenging. Thanks for the reminder, I had forgotten to bookmark it!
