Hi everyone! The name’s Lauren (or Astral) and I figured I should go ahead and introduce myself. I’m brand new, although I’ve eyeballed the site for a while. I’m on both here and YesJapan!

Okay so, I want to learn　日本語 for various reasons, but mostly because I’ll be going on a honeymoon trip to Japan at the end of October, and plan on going back many MANY times in the future. I also have family out in Okinawa, and their children have learned Japanese. It would be neat to be able to converse with them as well!
