Hi! So, does anybody know anything about Etoeto? I was following when it was codenamed “Kuma”, and I didn’t realize that the Alpha site is up! I tried to sign up for the lifetime account, but it says that the product’s “sold out”. Has anybody heard anything about when more memberships will become available?
When Koichi releases his rewrite of TF, it is supposed to include the content from etoeto.
Do you have a lifetime sub to TF?
Yeah, I do. So, I guess etoeto.com is just a side website for the people who want the Etoeto content, but not the whole Textfugu content? Interesting… And, thanks! I knew Koichi was re-doing Textfugu, but I didn’t realize that it would incorporate the Etoeto stuff.
If you have a lifetime sub to TF, you should be able to access the site.

Click: Yes
You should be able to get in from there.

I did. That’s what prompted me asking about it. That link takes you to the page about how to use the codes and your email to “purchase” the account, and when you go to the purchase page you get “You cannot add “Lifetime Member” to the cart because the product is out of stock.”

I don’t see any link that says “sign up”. I have lifetime membership and I am logged in.
Yea I’m a lifetime member and all I see is a “Coming Soon” page.
Near as I understand, it’s been disabled because they’re going to be actually releasing it fairly soon (fingers crossed).
I’m also getting stymied at the “join” step, though I have a lifetime textfugu acct.
I shall wait impatiently.
This is the first time I saw the register or sign in bar at the top of the etoeto page, so I went to sign up and it said my email wasn’t on the invitation list even though I’m a textfugu forever member. Is there somewhere I can opt in?
Says that for me too. Just be patient it may take them a while to add everyone onto the alpha list. A LOT of people, including myself, purchased a lifetime membership over New Year’s.
I’ve been a lifetime Textfugu member since around December 2012, and Wanikani lifetime at the same time. I don’t know how the alpha invites work, but I’m assuming that emails associated with them can receive alpha invites? I tried to register, with the one email address associated with both accounts, but got the “Email is not on our invitation list. We are working towards opening up EtoEto to more users!” message. Is anyone able to join the site at all at the moment? I plan on just waiting for EtoEto to relaunch and hopefully get some info from TextFugu / Koichi.

I get the same message. Have only been a member since October last year though.
