Hello to Everyone! For years, despite my late wife being native Japanese, I was unable to “find” time to learn the Japanese language. My wonderful, late wife passed away this year and I am determined to honor her memory by learning her native tongue and gaining a command of the Japanese language.

Yes, sorry for your loss. Your reason for learning Japanese is very beautiful I think, and I hope it goes well. Don’t forget you can ask questions to the board when you’re stuck.
Sorry to hear about your wife, that’s probably got to be the most touching reason I’ve heard for learning Japanese. Good luck with your studies and of course, feel free to post any questions you have here on the forums and we’ll be more than happy to help.
