My name is Arnold, hence the total recall quote.
I want to be able to sing kaeoke in japanese.
Anyway i have been looking around for a few days and could think of absouletly no reason not to join.P.S I having trouble with anki. I cant seem to get the textfugu decks on to it without it telling me there corrupt. Its pretty frustrating.

Is it all the Anki decks you’re having trouble with? Did you make sure to unzip the zip files first? Shoot me an email if you still have problems and I’ll help out!
It is ok now, I have managed to work it out.
Thanks, great website by the way.I like singing japanese songs at karaoke! It’s a great incentive I think because its really fun to do. Also, a tip is that if you noticed (or not have known) is that at karaoke, ALL the lyrics will have furigana on top of the lyrics. This will help you sing but I recommend learning the words beforehand just like you would before you sing a song in any language.
unfortunately missing, not all the kanji will have furigana. it depends on the system the karaoke box uses. i’ve been put into some crappy situations expecting to see furigana and being completely disheartened when the song came up…
