Hello everyone~
My name’s Angie, and I decided to pick up TextFugu during the new year’s sale. I’ve been to Japanese classes a few years back and picked up Hiragana, Katakana and basic sentence structure, but that’s about it. After spending my honeymoon in Japan, I know I’ll definitely be back again. And this time, I’d like to be able to understand menus and signs, and also be able to have simple conversations with people we meet. So that’s what my goal is for this year… and I’m going to stick to it!

Hey Cassandra! Thanks for the welcome~ We spent about two weeks between Tokyo and Kyoto, with a one day stop over at Hakone to live it up in one of the Ryokans there. An old lady tried to make conversation with me in the washing area before the hot spring (while we’re in the buff too >_> ). Hopefully with some time on Textfugu, I can pick up enough to keep the conversation going with little old ladies when I go back again, hahaha.
