I’m just a (sorta) average student in the United States who just so happens to be in love with the Japanese culture and language. I’ve always been interested in learning about different cultures from all over the world but Japanese culture is …hmmm…I guess I would say the bees knees. Everything from the rolling hills to the inescapable mountains, the rural towns to the mega cities, the evolution of the Tokugawa age to the modern age, the unique food to the yummy tea, the anime and manga to the beautifully crafted art and calligraphy, the…well just everything blends to create a culture combined with clear influences from nature and man. Sorry if my writing is a little hard to follow.

My goal is to eventually learn Japanese very well so I can help people with translating the literal meaning and the emotional meaning from English to Japanese and Japanese to English. Also visiting the many cool shrines, temples, and interesting theme parks in Japan sounds like fun as well!
