Hello everyone,

I’m Kristof from Belgium (but you can call me by my internet alias ‘Blackbase’ too, so people will never know my real name here :ninja:).

I already had the idea of learning Japanese going through my head for quite a few years, but finally decided to get started on it. Seems now that I’m living on my own I have way to much time on my hands in the evenings :-)

People around me have always found me a little bit crazy (in a good way though) for my love of cartoons and animated characters (something with me apparantly denying to grow up :-p ), so it comes to no surprise that I like to learn Japanese for watching anime.

Recently Hatsune Miku, and actually just Japanese music in general, got my attention, so being able to understand the lyrics and to ‘sing’ along with them would also be huge fun :-D
