こんにちは、みなさん！僕はアレックスです。はじめまして！

Hello. My name is Alex, I’m 26 years old and I’m from Bucharest, Romania. I’ve been watching anime and reading manga for as long as I can remember, so I’ve been interested in all things Japanese for a very long time. However, only recently I’ve started to learn Japanese seriously (I’m thinking of visiting Japan in the future or even going to live there).
I joined TextFugu about a month and a half ago, and have been studying everyday. I’ve just finished Season 3 and so far it’s been a lot of fun (especially learning ひらがな and カタカナ) and I was surprised by how much I had picked up subconsciously in all the years I’ve been watching and listening to Japanese media (things like pronunciation and vocabulary).
So I thought I’d make my introduction on the forums as well. Is there anything I should know as a beginner that is not covered by TF (or maybe something else I can study while also following TF), or do you have any other suggestions for me? I’ve noticed that there’s been a bit of talk regarding future changes being made to TF, is that something I should be worried about?
