My name is Matt Hart, and I am learning Japanese for a few reasons. First and foremost, I would like to go to Japan within the next year or two and I feel that to visit another country, one should learn their language. I also will be using Japanese for more foolish reasons, such as watching Japanese Anime and playing some Japanese-only video games. After doing Season 1 and some of Season 2 I really like TextFugu, anything that uses star wars as one of its teaching tools gets major respect from me. Also the other references to such things as Hitchhikers guide and other pop culture keep me constantly amused, which I believe adds a little extra fun to the already great experience. Look forward to learning more and being on the forums more.
