Hi everyone. I am very excited to be learning Japanese and be part of this community. I think I’ve found the language resource I’ve been searching for for years :)
I have had an interest in Japan for years now (that was sparked by an artist friend who loved anime) and that interest was only increased when I was able to visit the country briefly a few years ago. I want to complete my doctorate (in Environmental Studies) at a Japanese university in the next 5 to 10 years and I really want to be proficient in the language in order to make the experience more enjoyable.
I’m looking forward to the journey!
