Hello everyone!
A brief introduction but a necessary one! I’m Irish, 24 (25 in 10 days), and am an avid fan of Video games and Japanese Animation. I hope with Text Fugu (and maybe your help in the future) I will be able to cross my KI and dot my I!
I have decided to learn Japanese for the following reasons:
1) I’m moving to Japan for my company and currently have about 1% knowledge of Japanese.
2) I’d love to be able to read Manga, some of it looks great…
3) I want to understand these bizarre variety shows I’ve seen on TV!

Welcome to Textfugu! If you’re really passionate, I’m sure you’ll really enjoy yourself. At first when you can’t read much it may be a pain but it won’t be long before you can start reading some basic stuff and then you start to see how fun it can be ^^
