Hi all,
My name is Tom and I live in Illinois. I have been using this site for about one month and decided it was time to introduce myself. I decided to start learning Japanese mainly for video games, specifically the Monster Hunter series (which we hardly get in the states). However, now I my driving factor is that I really enjoy learning new things about the language. It has become more of a hobby for me now. I look forward to seeing what textfugu has for me in the future.Bye,all

Wow, I guess i should fully read my post. It sounds like I do not even Know English!!! Anyway, I wanted to add that I also love Japanese cultural and enjoy manga and anime as well. I would love to visit Japan in the future, but we will just have to wait and see what happens with that.
