Hello and a Happy New Year to Everyone!

My name’s Noelle and I’m from Boston.

I’ve been interested in Japanese media for years (video games, anime and manga, and the like) but this past year I’ve branched out into watching dramas and variety shows and listening to pop music. As a result, I’ve picked up a lot of phrases and random words but unfortunately not a lot of grammar or structure. Last year, I took an “Introduction to Japanese” course but I wasn’t really thrilled with the textbook. Since I’d heard Textfugu recommended before and since they were having an awesome sale I figured it was the perfect opportunity and here I am!
