Hi I’m Thad, I’m a new guy. I’m a 21 year old male working for the USAF. I’ve been so busy the past 8 month learning so many new and exciting things. I’ve finally told myself I’m not going to put this off anymore and I’m keeping after it. The USAF isn’t full of quitters, so I’m going to do this no matter how long it takes. If the Air Force can turn me into what they have, then I can learn Japanese as long I keep after it. It’s so excited to be starting this!

Why am I learning Japanese? I’m learning Japanese because I want to be able to speak to others in Japanese, whether they are Japanese or not it doesn’t matter. I’ve always watched YouTube video of Japan and of people speaking in Japanese and thought how awesome it seemed. I‘ve always thought Japanese culture was intriguing, so this would allow me to experience it and understand it even more. My Job now too allows me to be paid more for knowing another language, so why not learn something that’s interesting! Knowing Japanese may allow me to travel there. The opportunities would be great. I know there are more reasons, if I think of them I will type them down. If anyone needs any help, I can try my best to help, but for now I’m going to get after it! Thanks so much for providing these great tools Koichi! I’m going to use them to the fullest.
