    Hello!

I joined Textfugu a month ago, but haven’t introduced myself yet! My name is Pantelis, I’m Greek and I’m looking forward to speaking Japanese fluently!

It’s been a while since I’ve been interested in something that takes a lot of patience and discipline. I’m a bit lazy Ι guess! The method followed here is very simple and doesn’t make you feel lost. It keeps you motivated, too.

The more I study Japanese, the more interesting I find it. The Kanji combinations. The curvy and pretty ひらがな. That different way of thinking when it comes to creating sentences in a totally different language.

So! I’m learning Japanese, because I like the language and because I daydream of living there. Japan to me seems peaceful and organized. Mastering Japanese is a challenge that I’m looking forward to facing! It will be fun, I’m sure of it.

Hello Pantelis, I’m guessing that you already speak two languages fluently so it’s very impressive that you are studying Japanese as well! That’s hardly what I would call “lazy.” But still, I hope you can stay motivated and make your daydreams a reality.
