Hello from New Zealand!
Im a correspondence school student learning at home because Ive got a few issues with my health at the moment.
My parents are pretty supportive and if my health improves and I have a good understanding of Japanese at the end of the year they say I can do an exchange trip.

Anyway, Greeting to you all, and a little question.
How do I get my computer to show Japanese characters?
Whenever a Japanese kana shows up all I see is a blank rectangle, anyone know how to fix that?

After I installed the google Japanese imput bar thingy found here: http://www.google.co.jp/intl/ja/ime/ I could see all kana, as well as type it , so perhaps that might help. I’m running Windows 7

and I get (almost) chronic migraines, about 2 – 3 a week.
Hopefully ill be better by the end of the year, the migraines started almost 2 years ago. I hope you get better too!
