I’m Amy (映美). I’m a quarter Japanese and have been interested in Japan since I can remember. My おばあちゃん (grandmother) never completely learned English when she came over, and I want to be able to really talk with her. She’s a lovely sort of person. I’ve picked up bits and pieces of Japanese over time, but that’s about it. I want to actually learn it.

Also, I might be able to visit my family and friends in Japan this year, and of course I want to be able to interact with all of them. As far as my hobbies go, I’m into visual kei, art, music, and poetry. I like cats, tea, and crazy fashions.
