Greetings from Canada Land!
I’m a 31-year-old university student, blessed with a precocious son. I am learning Japanese not only because I love the language, but because I love the culture. I hope to be able to major in both Anthropology and Japanese Culture in university, with the hopes of studying Kawaii Culture as well as Shoujo/Yaoi culture in Japan. I would love to live in Japan one day, but my duties to my son come first.
I am looking forward to my studies. I’m already knee-deep in hiragana study, and I’m now very happy to be a full member of Textfugu :)

welcome! i think it’s cool that you want to study kawaii culture, and shoujo/yaoi culture! all areas i’m very interested in as well. ._. good luck with your studies!
