My name is Kevin. I live in Washington (the state) and have been volunteering in a Japanese exchange classroom for the last 5 months. I have known for awhile that I want to be an English teacher but through my volunteering I am realizing that I also want to get out of the U.S. and experience what this world has to offer. Just today the students I have been working with boarded a plane back to Tokyo where their University is. I have about a year and a half before I graduate and I want to use that time learning Japanese so that when I get that degree I can fly over to Japan, start teaching English, and reunite with some old friends.
