Let’s see… intro… intro…

My name is Megan. I’m 27… no, wait, 28 (not good with dates and time LOL). I’m a stay at home wife who loves music, art, math, cheesecake, my cat, cooking, writing… I’m sure there’s more but not off the top of my head.

I want to learn Japanese for several reasons, some more substantial than others:

I want to understand the music I’ve been listening to for 13 years.
I want to be able to take all the words I’ve already learned and actually use them in sentences.
The language sounds pretty.
The language looks pretty.
I don’t want my brain to dribble out my ears from lack of use/challenge.
I want to improve my Akame fanfic writing.
I can’t ever have enough hobbies.
I have these graph paper notebooks which are great for practicing writing so I might as well use them.

Again, I’m sure there are more reasons, but those are the main ones.
