Hello my name is Gabriel (Calletha) and since I have a little bit of spare time after class today I figured I would post a self intro.
About me: I am a university student studying Elementary Education. I am having a lot of fun with my major and I can NOT wait to start teaching children. It is one of my “passions”. I have about 2 years left… I am graduating half a semester late because of a major change, though I am currently a junior. I love the Japanese language and the bit of culture I have studied.
Why I am Learning Japanese: I want to visit Japan! I have a major infatuation with the way the language sounds and the Japanese culture. I also, like many other people I am sure, love anime and manga. Things are catching up with me fast though! I have decided to take a trip after graduation to Japan! I have two years to save and in those two years I plan on learning as much Japanese as I can.
