Hello everyone, my name is Alex and I am living in Canada. I’m fairly young (18) but hey, I feel old anyways (thanks, dear friends o’ mine!)

First of all I would like to apologize in advance for any mistakes I made. I am mostly fluent in English, yet it’s not my first language. My mother tongue is French!

So here I am, a dear follower of Koichi, and I started my path to be a Jedi … wait… I mean, learning Japanese. *cough* Hrrm. As I said, my goal is to attain fluency in Japanese. I started off with other sites and resources only to be discouraged. Then I found TextFugu. I am hoping this to be the beginning of a grand story! *epic pose*

I am learning Japanese for myself, for enjoyment, for the challenge in it, and to be better at my future major (I will be majoring in History and East Asian Studies in a couple of years.) and to be able to speak it, when I go there.

Anyways, I’ll finish this right now (Yeah, I know, that was boring as Hell.) by saying : good luck everybody, do your best to learn and I shall do the same. In the end, we share the same path for now, fellow members of TextFugu! :)
