Greetings, fellow TextFuguers!

I am 24 years old and I live in Switzerland. My interest for Japanese stems mostly from anime which I like to watch in their original language, hopefully one day without the subtitles. A trip to Japan is also planned, but not in the near future. This september, I’m trying to get into the starter courses for Japanese in my university. Since I have summer holidays right now, I want to do something productive instead of just doing nothing and playing computer games (which I usually do during holidays), so now I’m trying go get a head start through self-learning. TextFugu has introduced me to Anki and it has become my habit to study a lot of semi-useful geography stuff every day (and some Japanese as well).
