Hello folks, my name is Po! I just joined and Koichi suggested posting on here and saying hi; so here goes… I’m super excited to start learning Japanese because I visited a few years ago for three weeks and loved it the whole time. Actually, I loved it except for when I couldn’t communicate or got frustrated because I wasn’t being understood. These reasons are amongst those for why I am learning Japanese! I am also learning Japanese because I would love to give up this lifestyle of chasing money and blah blah blah and go to Japan and teach English to the cute little kids (and adults too!) and meditate in those beautiful temples and live a simple lifestyle with monks…yeah, these are some of the main reasons…thanks Koichi for suggesting the beginner get clear in their own head WHY they are doing this, makes a lot of sense to stay motivated… Anyway, thanks Koichi and I look forward to chatting on here with folks and maybe meeting some of you in Japan when I move there… Awesome! Regards, Po.

    Welcome!

Seems like there’s been a bit of a rush of people joining from Australia – wonder why. So, where’d you go? Take any photos? =D
