Hello! My name is Richard, I’m very excited to learn Japanese. I have tried in the past, and even attempted the JLPT, but now I want to start fresh and build a solid foundation.

I’ve been studying Japanese culture since 2008, I majored in Antropology and focused on Japanese culture and globalization. I continued and got my MBA and studied global marketing, specifically in Japan and East Asia. After that I worked in global sales and worked with clients in Japan.

But now, I’m back in school getting my MSW to become a counselor and mental health advocate.

Its always been my dream to travel to Japan, so now I am going too! I’ve started saving money for my trip and already have my plane ticket! So, I want to learn Japanese so I can visit Japan and see all the sights and meet people.
