Hello everyone!
My name is Lourens, I have been thinking of studying Japanese quite sometime now, I’ve tried various online resources but never really gotten into it.
But now times have changed, since I have finally decided to give Textfugu and Japanese a serious try and so far I am not regretting it. :)
I’ve gotten through season 1 and am now busy with season 2 although I’m not entirely confident with my Hiragana reading skills yet, even so I am quite happy with what I have achieved in terms of Hiragana in a pretty short period.
I’m hoping that I manage get fairly good at Japanese before heading there for a 1 or 2 month trip or maybe I’ll even do my internship there. ^_^

And about the trip I’m thinking summer 2015 as I don’t have the money yet.
Summer, hey? It gets very hot and very humid in Japan during the summer.
