What’s up?
I’ve been studying (mostly on my own) for about seven years, with a few small classes and private lessons thrown in there. Took up Wanikani a year or so ago, currently sitting on L20, finally signed up for Textfugu. Trying to learn as much as I can as quick as I can.
Recently moved from the Washington, DC area to Japan. Living in Yokohama, working at the Yokosuka naval base. While my work day is nothing but English, I want to get more proficient in Japanese. Doing the basics isn’t a problem, but would be much simpler with more knowledge, let alone some of the more difficult things.
Just wanted to poke my head in and say hi!

If memory serves, someone else who joined here recently is about to move to Yokosuka. Wonder if you two will meet. Or work together. =)
