My name is Amanda, I’m eighteen and a current college student. I’ve been looking into Japanese for some years, but this is my first time trying to learning a language on my own, so we’ll see where it goes.

I’m studying Japanese in the hope that I’ll be able to live there one day and study music. Right now, I’m looking into composer Kajiura Yuki’s works, but if any one any music suggestions, I’d be happen to listen and share! I also am interested in studying a language completely different from ones I’ve studied before (Latin briefly, and French for four years), and my already standing interest in Japan made it easy to choose which one.
