Hi there everybody,
My name is Jack, and despite my username, I am male.
I am new to TextFugu, but not so new to Japanese. I have learned Japanese for a while from books etc., rather unsuccessfully, and I have a couple of Japanese students in my school that I talk to.
I like anime and manga, and it is largely through these I became interested in Japan and its culture (how typically Western of me). Anyway, I hope TextFugu will help out with my learning of Japanese so I can be an accomplished speaker.
