Hi! I’m Jacobo, and I’m from Spain even though I live in California. I speak three languages and murder several others.
I want to visit Japan next year at around this date, but seeing that I can’t speak Japanese I would be pretty close to 100% helpless over there, so I thought that if I learnt as much Japanese as I could during this year, I could become just 90% helpless :-)
So I researched some Japanese self-study systems, found TextFugu, followed Season 1, learnt some Hiragana, liked it and signed up. Now we’ll see how far we can go. My life is in your hands, Koichi! ;-D
