    I’m a 19 year old guy from Malaysia. Started studying Japanese in 2009 (and I remember watching Koichi’s videos when I was just starting). A bit busy nowadays because I’m studying medicine, so less time for Japanese.

    I’m learning Japanese because I wanna go there (and possibly work there too). Also because there’s a lot of cool stuff to read (blogs, doujinshi, etc) on the Internet that isn’t translated. And also because I’d like to make more friends from Japan.

    That’s all about me.

    I’m glad Hashi joined the crew, because it seems like progress on Textfugu has been much quicker with one more person on board. (Plus, we get more posts + videos on Tofugu). Good job to you both (and any one else involved with helping out I might not know of)

    Oh, by the way. If anyone has heard of the new social network from Google (called Google+) and would like an invite, I can dish some out. Who knows, in the slightest chance that it might dethrone Facebook one day, it would be cool to go all hipster and be like “I was on Google+ before it was cool”

    Oh you’ve been studying for 3 years now, awesome! I think I’ve seen some Malaysian guys in Textfugu, although I’m not 100% sure.

    I have to agree about Hashi joining the crew, I love that we almost get every day some kind of update :3

    I’d be happy to get an invite to Google+, I’m a huu~ge Googlefag, have Android phone, and using almost every Google product, (though translate for Japanese is crap :) even Google Music though I’m not from the US. :D

    Thanks a lot for inviting me!
    I got the Music invite by registering for the beta in the first day through an american proxy, and I just happened to get one after a month or so :)

    Thanks Adriana and Winter. I’ve invited you both to Google+. I don’t know if a non-Gmail account can sign up though.

    @Silgrond: Lol, that’s pretty clever. I’ve done the same thing now XD. If I get an invite at all, it’ll probably be at least after one month

    Apa khabar, my Malaysian bro!

    I just joined about half a year ago and it’s been quite awesome around here, though I’m not that active in the forums. It’s nice to see people in Malaysia taking up a foreign language other than English too.

    Well, hope you enjoy learning Japanese (while suffering with kanji (T_T)）.
