    My name’s Emily. Hello! -waves-

I’ve wanted to learn Japanese for a while (it sounds beautiful, it makes a hell of a lot more sense than English does, and I’d quite like to visit Japan sometime), but my ADHD makes new languages… a bit difficult. So this is me hopefully giving said disorder all of the middle fingers at once while also learning a language that isn’t dead (my last vaguely successful attempt was Latin). :D

…Also, I cannot for the life of me find a fully translated copy of the Mega Man X manga, and that’s just not okay with me. XD (I promise that my MM problem isn’t the main reason I’m trying to learn!)

Wow, I use way too many parenthetical statements. Sorry about that.

    Anyway, um. Hi!

    Hello, and welcome to th-

Wait a second. You’re not new here >.>

You actually joined the forums before me, but welcome anyway and nice to meet you! If the inventor of English wanted you to use fewer parenthetical statements, he/she wouldn’t have included not one, but TWO ways of parethenticizing (a word which I may or may not have just made up).

Not from the desk of Eihiko. Eihiko's boss took his desk away from him.
