My name is Ivan, I’m 21 years old and I’ve finally decided to start learning a new language. Given my interests, Japanese was the obvious choice :) I also just want to be able to communicate with Japanese people, be able to visit Japan, and possibly settle down there in the future. I will also admit I am a fan of anime, manga and japanese video games so being able to understand those without english translations would be a bonus! I also find that Japanese is a pleasure to listen to, and the writing system is just plain cool.
