I downloaded an anki app and a file unzipping app. Idk if they’re the right ones but there’s an error and they won’t open in the app. Can anyone help please?

What I found is best is to do all the importing decks from your computer, and when you close anki it should sync to the servers (granted that you made an account!). Then all the decks will sync with your phone app when you sign in from there.

Here is the link to the AnkiDroid User Manual.
    https://ankidroid.org/docs/manual.html

This URL links directly to importing, though it requires you to use a computer to transfer the file.
    https://ankidroid.org/docs/manual.html#_import_the_file_manually_in_ankidroid

If you already have the file unzipped on your phone AND you know where on your phone it’s located (downloads, documents, etc) then you should be able to follow the directions in the above URL to simply import the file and ignore the computer transfer section.
