None the less, it’s one of the tasks in the first chapter, and I’m determined to make this work!
Hello! I’m Dilemma! Like many others, I want to learn Japanese to feed my addiction to Japanese comic books. After falling in love with many a series, and then having the company stop translating it half way through, I knew it was time to take matters into my own hands.
I’ve tried this game many times over at least a decade, however I’ve only ever gotten though hirigana and some basic vocabulary. This is my 3rd time restarting textfugu =(
My undoing is memorizing stuff. Vocabulary kills me. If anyone has a trick to make it enjoyable/less of a chore, give me a heads up. =)

Have you tried using new vocabulary in sentences? Even if you know basic grammar, you can still start using some of your new vocab. That might help a bit with the tedium.
