Hey everyone!!
So, I love Victor (JapaneseForMorons) on youtube. If you don’t already know, he is probably one of the best jVloggers for videos on learning real Japanese. A while ago he started putting up videos about useful everyday Japanese expressions. They were so good that i decided to make an anki deck out of those videos.Check em’ out! Maybe you’ll think these expressions are useful too
playlist that includes the “Daily Japanese expressions” videos:
http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL0D359F1C48C2737A&feature=plcpHere is a sample of the deck’s layout:
http://i240.photobucket.com/albums/ff82/ultraali453/Textfugu%20-%20Post/Expressions_1.pngTo use this deck you need to be able to read hiragana, and not have a fear of scary looking kanji. Don’t worry tho, readings of All Kanji are included. These expressions show up all the time, so you probably know some of them already!
Download the deck by clicking the link below:
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/13676133/Daily%20Japanese%20Expressions%20%28for_morons%29_1-63.zipNOTE: If you are using windows, just right click the zip file and click “Extract”. You should get two files named “Expressions for morons.media” and “Expressions for morons.anki”. Keep the deck somewhere where it wont get deleted. Just put it next to your wonderful Textfugu decks ;)
If you already have anki installed then all you need to do is press enter on the “Expressions for morons.anki” file and your good to go.This deck is made from Daily Japanese expressions 1-63, if they decide to make more i guess i’ll upload an import deck for the next ten or twenty.

Left disappointed.

April 10, 2012 at 1:59 am #29066Oh yeah btw, if you plan on make a deck full of expressions, it would be a good idea to follow MLC Japanese School on Twitter. Or if you don’t want to use twitter or whatever, you can just click on their twitter profile and look at all the tweets that they did. They are all full of expressions by the way that you can add to this deck
