    Hey guys… 久しぶり!
I’ve been learning Japanese for like a year now and only made one post on this forum so it’s alright if you don’t remember me lol

So i’ve been using wanikani for my kanji learning but i’ve run into some problems. I have gotten to used to kanji and whenever a kanji is written using kana I have the hardest time reading it. I Usually don’t think I even know the word and I’ll go and look it up in a dictionary and realize it’s a word I already know.

I was wondering if anyone knows of a kana only vocabulary deck? Something along the lines of core 2k/6k but with no sentences (and only kana)?

Do you use memrise. I recommend it. There is a course(the memrise term for ‘deck’) with only kana.

I have had the same problem. I think it’ll make difficulties when it comes to listening, because when you listen you hear the sounds, not the kanji.
