@Koichi, could you pull some strings with your Lang-8 connections so that paying members of TextFugu can get accounts? I feel like I’m missing out on a huge part of my potential learning on TextFugu since Lang-8 isn’t accepting new members. But maybe TextFugu members could be an exception? We’re obviously not bots. Thanks!
(I know Lang-8 suggests using their new app, but it seems to be an inadequate replacement.)
I agree that Hinative isn’t quite the same, I’ve been using the HelloTalk app which has a Moments feature – the diary entry can fit into that… But HelloTalk is much more messenger focused, and I’m too slow to really enjoy messaging native speakers directly. I feel pretty bad not responding much, but it’s deeply exhausting. :P
tl;dr: it would be really nice to be able to get a lang-8 account!
