I receive NHK World on my satellite subscription in the UK (Sky TV), and have been watching alot of their programmes recently. The content is very interesting on the programmes I’ve seen so far. I could spend all my free time watching the channel, but then I wouldn’t be learning any Japanese lol. One programme that has caught my eye and I’ve been watching everyday is “Nihongo Quick Lesson”.

The programme lasts around 10 minutes and is hosted by the beautiful Rena Yamada. The shows main segment teaches you a useful phrase that can be used in real life practical situations. The side segments are also useful too. Check out the following links for more info on the show.

Yeah, I watched a few episodes of that. I stopped, though – I was finding it too painful to watch. =P

Ah haha. I think it’s meant to be cheesy though. Mr. K makes me laugh when he can’t explain a grammar situation and it then gets handed over to Professor Hideho Kindaichi. At least the format of the show isn’t dull and boring. I checked the NHK website and there’s 30 episodes altogether.
