Hi all!
Sorry if this question has been answered before, but I’m searching since one hour ago and I don’t find how to sort out this issue.
The thing is that I installed the Google IME tools to write in Japanese but, for some reason, now I get one hiragana for every keystroke instead of having to type the two sounds of the hiragana. For instance, now, then I press the key ‘s’ I get と. Does anyone know why that happens and how to change it to the normal way of typing?

You probably have kana input turned on by accident. You can tell if you look down at the toolbar and see where it says KANA it will be highlighted differently. To change it, click the wrench icon and go to Properties. You’ll see right in the General tab Input method. I hope that helps. 頑張ってね！
